Back yard

Flagstone patio and flower garden. Deer resistant plants are a must!

Entryway with original light fixtures and green slate floors. Coat closet and utility broom closet on either side of the kitchen door. The plants will stay- they’ve lived here longer than we have!

The kitchen was retro-renovated in 2020, fixing an unfortunate 90s remuddle.

These light fixtures are original Moe lighting.

Kitchen bar and dining room. The dining room fixture is not an original – it was gone when we moved in- but a nice sputnik reproduction.

We did paint the paneling in here- the previous owners had whitewashed it and it just made it look faded.

This house always had wall to wall carpeting in the living areas. Back in the day it was orange shag!

Den behind the fireplace with built in bookcase. That is a pulldown light and was there when we moved in- I believe original.

Master suite with studio / home office through the sliding door. When we moved in there was a ceiling fan in here that we removed. I bought a different light fixture for this room and it will be installed soon and pictures updated.

Beautiful studio / sun room with two windows, sliding door to patio and 3 skylights. This room makes a great home office or art studio- tons of natural light!

The fixtures are American Standard Fawn Beige and there is gold sparkle laminate on the counter.

The flooring is new and was installed in 2018.

Second bedroom.

3rd Bathroom. We didn’t get around to sprucing this one up, so it is as it was when we moved in. Original vanity, lights and yellow American Standard fixtures. There is also a bathtub.

This bathroom has the coolest patterned Formica!

The Skyway neighborhood is on the side of the mountains and it is very woodsy with abundant wildlife around.
